tracks and trails provide access to woods, moors and
hills for views over the Clyde and Argyll.
In the breeding season Hen Harriers can be viewed

The Countryside Ranger Service provide a schools programme
as well as delivering family friendly events and activities
for all.

| Walks:
From
the Visitor Centre there are signposted walks
and trails in the woods, up Windy Hill or out onto
the moor along the mine track. Pick up a leaflet at
the centre, or contact
us and we’ll send you one. Longer walks
include Misty Law and Hill of Stake – the highest
hills in Renfrewshire and the Regional Park.
The Renfrewshire Walking Network
aims to get everyone feeling fitter by walking. Walks
are led by Paths
