can easily be arranged, as can accommodation for short breaks
and birthday parties for anyone from 8 to 80 yrs.
We can tailor a programme of activities to meet your group

Taster Sessions
Designed as a fun introduction to a specific sport and other
exciting activities. Options start from 1 hour. Activities
can include: archery, mountain biking, tracking, team tasks,
kayaking and raft building. Minimum group size 6, minimum
age 8.
Corporate
Days
Staff development and team building events are increasingly
popular with companies such as Diagio, BAA, Next and Dorothy
Perkins, all of who have benefited from the use of our facilities.
Tailored days can be designed to suit your company’s
needs whether you require team building exercises or a fun
day of multi activities.
Team Challenges
Aimed at promoting greater team spirit and providing an
opportunity to assess and develop leadership skills. The
format and content of the day can be structured to your
specific requirements. We have a wide variety of challenges,
games and brainteasers that require teamwork and mental
concentration.
Weekend or Short Breaks
Combine any of the courses or taster sessions with a stay
at our campsite with sheiling located at
Barnbrock.
Birthday Parties
Why not have an active birthday party with a difference?
Our qualified instructors can provide tailor made parties
for kids of all ages (8 to 80 years) and for all levels
of skill. Activity sessions start from a 1 hour activity.
Party bags for children are available if pre-arranged.
Access for All
"Disability
need not prevent you having fun at Clyde Muirshiel Regional
Park" The Park is continually aiming to be more accessible
to all
- There are disabled parking spaces at all of our major
sites
- All of our Visitor Centres have level access points
& disabled toilets
- More benches and resting places are being install along
core paths
- Path networks are being upgraded to make them accessible
to more visitors. The lochshore track at Castle Semple,
the 500m mini woodland trail at Cornalees, the 6.5km Greenock
Cut trail (once restoration work is complete expected
spring 2007) are all wheelchair friendly.
- Park staff are trained to enable them to let all of
our visitors enjoy there visit
- Events such as pond dipping and ‘paths to health’
walks are generally suitable for all visitors
- Outdoor equipment at Castle Semple Centre is especially
suitable for those with special needs. There is a wheelchair
accessible powerboat to enable trips on Castle Semple
Loch, kayaking is also possible depending on the individual.

- On the campsite at Barnbrock, two of the wooden shielings
have wide enough doors to allow wheelchair access.
- The Park's adventure playground at Lunderston Bay is
accessible to all
Overnight
Expeditions
Tailor made over night expeditions by canoe, kayak, bike
or boot can be arranged for groups within the Park or further
field. Contact us to discuss.
